Who is your favorite singer?

I am really loving Alicia Keys’ stuff these days. I’ve been a fan for a while, but dang!
Here’s her new song, “No One”, recently debuted at the MTV Video Music Awards last week:

Bjork - she has done so many different styles and her voice always captivates me.
Favorite “singer” is the late Jim Morrison of the Doors. I wouldn’t classify the other bands I like as singers. I really enjoy Tool.
Eric Clapton has always been one of my favorite singers, and guitarists.

well my favourite singer is layne staley of alice in chains ! awesome voice.
